English-speaking customer support agent – fès

Profil recherché:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience.  Excellent schedule flexibility to work 44 hours per week on a rotational basis. Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
