• Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in appointment setting for the telecom industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver results while working under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate reporting and CRM management.
• Fluency in Dutch
• In-depth training provided before the start of operations
