- Fluent in both Flemish and French, spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Demonstrated interest or experience with technology, ideally in the field of electric vehicles or charging solutions.
- Prior experience in a customer service role (via phone and email).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or stressful situations.
- Able to work independently with accuracy and a structured approach.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk is a plus.
