· Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in appointment setting for the telecom industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to deliver results while working under pressure.
· Strong organizational skills for accurate reporting and CRM management.
· Fluency in Dutch, Good level in English and French is a plus.
