Helpdesk agent - (for dutch & english speakers only ) ( weekend off )

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role

Working knowledge of Citrix, Azure, and VMware environments is a strong asset

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both spoken and written

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
