Your Responsibilities:
⦁ Engage with clients who register for demo accounts
⦁ Present platform features in a clear and personalised manner
⦁ Convert demo users into real, funded accounts
⦁ Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
⦁ Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
⦁ Maintain and update CRM records regularly
⦁ Collaborate with team members to meet business goals
⦁ High school diploma or university degree.
⦁ Strong proficiency in English, French (C1+ level); both written and spoken.
⦁ Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we value motivation and willingness to learn.
⦁ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
⦁ Knowledge of Forex and CFD trading is advantageous but not required.
⦁ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
⦁ Based in Morocco, preferably in Rabat or nearby areas.
