• Are fluent in English (written and spoken – C1 level or higher)
• Have strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in helping people solve tech-related problems
• Have previous experience in technical support, customer service, or helpdesk roles (call center experience is a plus)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Hold a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (English Studies is a plus)
• Permanent contract (CDI)
