We’re looking for a Retention/Cancellation Specialist to join our company. You will use active listening skills to understand customer concerns and work to provide them with solutions. In this proactive support role, we expect you to be able to get in front of issues as soon as possible and give us feedback on how to improve client retention.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities.
Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Meet or exceed retention targets set by the company .
