MCC is recruiting English-speaking account managers. You will be in charge of :
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to our English-speaking business customers (BtoB).
- Ensure quality customer service by answering queries, resolving problems and building customer loyalty.
- Prospect for new customers and develop the existing portfolio.
- Work as part of a team.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English, with both an American and British accent.
- Successful experience in a call center, ideally in BtoB.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to listen, empathize and persuade.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Good command of IT tools.
