Requirements:
• Diploma or above.
• Must be fluent in Spanish in terms of written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as English will be an added advantage.
• Willing to accept rotational shift work (including weekends if required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Strong ethics, with ability to manage confidential information.
• Sharp time management skills and strong sense of responsibility towards duty.
Desirable:
• 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial / Forex industry would
be a distinct advantage).
• A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
