As part of the development of one of our business activities, we are recruiting bilingual Team Leaders.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Production Management department, the Team Leader will be responsible for supervising advisors while ensuring the achievement of the team's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Survey and support advisors
- Monitor performance and the team's quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations and implement action plans using proximity management techniques
- Facilitate team meetings and internal and external operational forums
- Participate in the recruitment of new team members
- Conduct corrective and disciplinary interviews
- Carry out annual performance evaluations for advisors
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of IT tools and office software
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Team Leader role within a call center environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and unite a team
- Proactive mindset and strong initiative

- Immediate availability
