Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing customers via phone to discuss their current services and recommend relevant upgrades or add-ons.
Identify customer needs and match them with suitable telecom solutions.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and competitive offerings.
Provide a professional, consultative, and customer-first experience in every interaction.
Accurately process sales orders and update customer records in the CRM system.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (telecom experience preferred).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine desire to help customers.
