What We’re Looking For
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) — essential requirement.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales.
Excellent communication abilities paired with strong problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms and multiple systems at once.
