Your role will include:
Handling inbound calls from customers regarding transactions, account details, and service inquiries.
Assisting clients with sending and receiving funds, tracking transactions, and resolving issues.
Providing clear, accurate, and empathetic support in both French and English.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations while safeguarding sensitive information.
What we’re looking for:
Mandatory: Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment (financial services experience is a strong asset).
Fluency in French and English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
