Bilingual sales representative (french & english)

We are seeking a motivated and fluent communicator in both French and English to drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to our expanding customer base. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a passion for sales and a proven ability to communicate effectively across cultures.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective and existing clients in both French and English.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
